Savor the Spirit: Bonalu Brunch Bash!

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre announced its grand celebration of the Bonalu festival with a special brunch on July 9th and 16th, 2023.

Guests can indulge in a culinary experience filled with the vibrant flavors of Hyderabad and Telangana, served in traditional clay pots. The feast features mouth-watering dishes such as Chicken Kaleji Fry, Telangana Kodi Roast, Mamsam Dum Biryani, and Chepala Pulusu. Prasadam counters offer delightful treats like Panakam, Bellam Annam, Pulihora, and Burelu, with a variety of desserts to satisfy every sweet tooth.

Live stations present Asian, Indian, and Western delicacies, alongside Dosa and Jonna Roti preparations. The unique Egg Station offers a wide selection, complemented by chat counters for a burst of flavors.
